Casel è un servizio di coaching per l'allenamento basato su intelligenza artificiale, costruito sul metodo del coach Alex Caselli. Questa informativa spiega quali dati trattiamo, perché e quali diritti hai.

1. Titolare del trattamento

Il titolare del trattamento è Casel. Per qualsiasi richiesta relativa ai tuoi dati scrivi a support@casel.ai.

2. Dati che trattiamo

• Dati account — indirizzo email e credenziali di accesso.
• Profilo di allenamento — obiettivi, esperienza, attrezzatura disponibile e le eventuali limitazioni fisiche o infortuni che decidi di indicarci. Questi ultimi sono dati relativi alla salute: li trattiamo solo con il tuo consenso esplicito e solo per adattare i tuoi allenamenti.
• Programmi e diario di allenamento — i piani generati per te e ciò che registri (sessioni completate, carichi, note).
• Conversazioni con il coach AI — i messaggi che scambi con Casel in chat e, se usi le sessioni vocali, l'audio trascritto della tua voce.
• Email della lista d'attesa — se ti iscrivi alla lista d'attesa sul sito, conserviamo la tua email solo per ricontattarti.
• Preferenza di lingua — salvata localmente nel tuo browser (localStorage). Il sito casel.ai non usa cookie di profilazione.
• Statistiche d'uso del sito — sul sito casel.ai registriamo pagine viste, clic sui pulsanti, profondità di scorrimento e iscrizioni alla lista d'attesa, insieme ai messaggi di errore tecnico del browser (incluse le informazioni sullo stack) quando una pagina non funziona. Questi dati sono raccolti in modo cookieless: l'analisi non salva nulla sul tuo dispositivo e non ti segue da una visita all'altra.
• Statistiche d'uso dell'app — solo se scegli tu di attivarle. Nell'app registriamo quali schermate apri e alcuni momenti chiave del percorso: registrazione completata, onboarding iniziato e concluso, generazione del programma avviata e completata, sessione segnata come completata, parziale o saltata. A differenza del sito, questi eventi sono collegati al tuo account tramite un identificativo casuale, che l'analisi salva sul tuo dispositivo: serve a capire se il prodotto funziona nel tempo, e non solo all'interno di una singola visita. Insieme agli eventi inviamo soltanto la lingua, il tipo di abbonamento, la profondità dell'onboarding scelta, il mese di iscrizione e il tipo di account (utente o amministratore). Non inviamo mai il tuo nome, la tua email, i messaggi che scambi con Casel, i tuoi allenamenti, né alcuna informazione sulla tua salute o sui tuoi infortuni. Questa raccolta è disattivata per impostazione predefinita: parte solo se la attivi in fase di registrazione oppure dal tuo profilo, e puoi disattivarla in qualsiasi momento dal profilo. Se scegli di non attivarla, Casel funziona esattamente allo stesso modo.

3. Come usiamo i dati

Usiamo i tuoi dati per fornire il servizio: generare e adattare i programmi, rispondere ai tuoi messaggi, ricordare il contesto dei tuoi allenamenti. Le risposte del coach AI sono elaborate tramite le API di Anthropic; in base ai termini API di Anthropic, i dati inviati non vengono usati per addestrare i loro modelli.

4. Dove sono i dati e chi li tratta per noi

Ci appoggiamo a fornitori selezionati: Supabase (database e autenticazione), Cloudflare (hosting del sito), Anthropic (elaborazione AI), PostHog (statistiche d'uso del sito e dell'app, su server nell'Unione Europea) e, quando i pagamenti saranno attivi, Stripe (pagamenti — i dati della tua carta li vede solo Stripe, mai noi). Alcuni fornitori operano negli Stati Uniti: i trasferimenti avvengono sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard UE.

5. Per quanto li conserviamo

Finché il tuo account è attivo. Se elimini l'account, i tuoi dati vengono cancellati o resi anonimi entro 30 giorni, salvo obblighi di legge. Se disattivi le statistiche d'uso dell'app o elimini il tuo account, chiediamo a PostHog di cancellare il profilo corrispondente.

6. I tuoi diritti

Hai il diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, portarli altrove e revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento. Scrivi a support@casel.ai. Puoi inoltre presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Per le statistiche d'uso dell'app non serve scriverci: puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento dal tuo profilo nell'app, con un tocco.

7. Età minima

Casel è riservato a chi ha almeno 18 anni.

8. Trasparenza sull'AI

Casel è un'intelligenza artificiale, non una persona. Il coach umano è Alex Caselli: il suo metodo guida l'AI, ma quando parli con Casel stai parlando con un sistema automatico.

9. Modifiche

Se questa informativa cambia in modo sostanziale, te lo comunicheremo nell'app o via email. La data in alto indica l'ultima revisione.

Privacy policy

Casel is an AI-powered training coach built on the method of coach Alex Caselli. This policy explains what data we process, why, and the rights you have.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Casel. For any request about your data, write to support@casel.ai.

2. Data we process

• Account data — your email address and login credentials.
• Training profile — goals, experience, available equipment, and any physical limitations or injuries you choose to share. The latter is health-related data: we process it only with your explicit consent and only to adapt your training.
• Programs and training log — the plans generated for you and what you record (completed sessions, loads, notes).
• Conversations with the AI coach — the messages you exchange with Casel in chat and, if you use voice sessions, the transcribed audio of your voice.
• Waitlist email — if you join the waitlist on the site, we keep your email only to get back to you.
• Language preference — stored locally in your browser (localStorage). The casel.ai site uses no tracking cookies.
• Site usage statistics — on the casel.ai site we record page views, button clicks, scroll depth and waitlist sign-ups, together with technical browser error messages (including stack information) when a page breaks. This is collected cookieless: the analytics stores nothing on your device and does not follow you between visits.
• App usage statistics — only if you choose to turn them on. Inside the app we record which screens you open and a few key moments along the way: registration completed, onboarding started and finished, program generation started and finished, and a session marked as completed, partial, or skipped. Unlike the site, these events are linked to your account through a random identifier, which the analytics stores on your device: this is what lets us see whether the product works over time rather than only within a single visit. Alongside the events we send only your language, subscription type, the onboarding depth you chose, your sign-up month, and your account type (user or admin). We never send your name, your email, the messages you exchange with Casel, your training data, or any information about your health or injuries. This collection is off by default: it starts only if you turn it on at registration or from your profile, and you can turn it off again at any time from your profile. If you choose not to turn it on, Casel works exactly the same.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service: generating and adapting programs, replying to your messages, remembering your training context. The AI coach's replies are processed through Anthropic's APIs; under Anthropic's API terms, data sent to the API is not used to train their models.

4. Where your data lives and who processes it for us

We rely on selected providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (site hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), PostHog (site and app usage statistics, hosted on servers in the European Union) and, once payments go live, Stripe (payments — your card details are seen only by Stripe, never by us). Some providers operate in the United States: transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is erased or anonymized within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise. If you turn off app usage statistics or delete your account, we ask PostHog to delete the corresponding profile.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@casel.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. For app usage statistics you do not need to write to us: you can withdraw consent at any time from your profile in the app, with one tap.

7. Minimum age

Casel is for adults aged 18 and over.

8. AI transparency

Casel is an artificial intelligence, not a person. The human coach is Alex Caselli: his method drives the AI, but when you talk to Casel you are talking to an automated system.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will let you know in the app or by email. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
